About Me

Biography and Teaching Philosophy

I did not grow up knowing I wanted to enter the teaching profession, much less become a chemistry teacher, but after a few detours and experiences, I ended up where I wanted to be all along. Here is my abridged story of becoming a teacher and my thoughts on what good teaching is.

From sales to teaching, I have had many working and learning experiences that have shaped me into the educator I am today.

My Work

During my graduate work, I have focused on educational leadership and organizational development. I hope to continue this work in order to adapt my instruction to empower learners of all levels.
